Order Processing
After purchasing, please allow up to 2 days for your order to be process and ship.**
Shipping & Transit
Once shipped, orders will take approximately 3-5 days business days for delivery within Australia and up to 14 days for international.** This estimation varies depending on the carrier. Orders ship via Auspost, UPS, DHL and other various carriers. Currently, we only offer standard ground shipping within Australia.
**During peak holiday seasons, we may experience extended processing and shipping times due to increased order volume. Peak seasons include May-July and October-December.
Shipping Rates
The charged shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the items ordered but over the years we have manage to get a stable shipping cost which is available during the checkout process.
